  abstract     = {{To exploit the high quality of the X-ray beam generated by the new advanced light source, high precision optics instruments are necessary. However, the heat-loading optics including monochromator and white beam mirror have been a big issue, which introduces the wavefront distortion. In this paper, we present the effect of the thermal deformation on the beamline performance, and show the simulation results in our new high energy source - HEPS. Accordingly, the requirement of the thermal deformation is provided for different application.}},
