The High Energy Particle Source requires that the natural frequency of the storage ring magnet girder be better than 54Hz. In order to meet the stability requirement, the connection stiffness of the girder and the fixed stiffness of the plinth are studied in this paper. The main contents of this paper includes: dynamic stiffness test, the prototype of the plinth fixed stiffness test.
